  interesting. most of the reviews complain the waiting time and messed office service. I'm so surprised that I never got such issue during the past months. I have been visited their Office 3 times, once with Dr. khan, and always got reasonable service as expected. Didn't wait too long, and they always call me before the appointment and pick up my call several times, for reschedule appointment or general inquires.

  Phone system sucks! Doesn't let you speak with a live attendant. System puts you on hold for several minutes to jump back to the automated system and when you hit zero to speak with someone, it says unvalid option!!! And yes I called during business hours. They don't call back and they don't answer emails.

  I have a very bad experience with the clinic ,staff and doctor too.I was the patient of cataract for both my eyes ,my family doctor refer me to Dr. Khan ,on September 2015,the clinic staff told me that there is a waiting list for regular patients for about 18 months to 2 years.I keep calling them n they keep saying that you have to wait ,and keep encouraging me to go for private surgery as you dont need to wait for that.on September 2016 I decided to do one eye as private because I already waited a year and it was affecting my ruitine,so they gave me 19 Dec 2016 date .They suppose to tell me dos and donts before the surgery ,but they didnt,I call them a day before my surgery and they were asking me if i was using eye drops ,which no one told me to buy or use before surgery .I was so upset.then they still proceeded to perform the surgery despite the fact that i hadn't taken the pre-surgery drops,I was so nervous,before surgery they put some drops and gave me Ativan tablet to put under my tongue to relax,during the surgery but they didn't give me any anesthesia ,it was very painful I could see and hear everything plus felt the pain whole time ,during the surgery I keep on telling that I am feeling so much pain but they didn't listen,after that I couldn't open my eye for three days,my eye was red for a month after surgery and they said there is a stitch left in your eye,then they remove it. Overall I had a very painful experience as a private patient,please be aware of them as they will encourage you to go private , and instead please go some other clinic.
