    Please be warned this company is a fraud that does not pay its insured clients .Grandeur Benefits is the formally difunct insurance company PLATINUM HEALTH BENEFITS SOULTIONS . Paltinum health was fined by the MINISTRY OF CONSUMER SERVICES OF ONTARIO in December and their licence was revoked as of December 2017. They still managed to put a phony website under the name GRANDEUR and are operating again ,using the same phone number as Platinum health benefits . To date they refuse to pay dental bill and are claiming they have no access to files of insured victims in 2017 . How they are allowed to stiff insured clients , change their name and start up again without an consequence is beyond me . As a consumer I feel let down by the regulators who allow this scam to go on . The healthcare of ontarians and Canadians is being jeopardized. This should not be allowed to happen in Ontario and this company has to pay up and honour its commitments under the law . Please be advised that this is a horrible scam of a company .
