  Horrible horrible front staff. Not only do they not pick up the phone, ever, but you can’t even leave a voicemail!!! They were supposed to call me to tell me when the date of my surgery will be and no response.

  Doctor Beard is great. I went in for a normal check up and he was really knowledgeable. However, it is easier to win the lottery than it is to get through to their office by phone. The office is open for 3 days a week and their phone system does not have an answering machine. During the times they are open, the work phone is busy consistently. I sat there during my lunch redialing their number, and at the end of the lunch hour there was still a busy tone. Thats me calling every second and still not getting through after an hour of trying. It is for a matter they called me, over a billing issue and them having the wrong code. How am I supposed to resolve an issue or get further information? That is such a lack of respect for your patients time.....The only time the phone starts working is after they are closed. Please have a better system. This is frustrating and just as your time is valuable, so is ours.
