  HORRIBLE service. Dr. Hylands is an unprofessional, obnoxious, overly confident, and careless vet who did not care about my cat. I found out that he already knew about my cat’s kidney values creeping up on day 1 when he did the blood work on my cat, but he never brought up this issue to me. Rather, he continued to run a bunch of tests and thought that all the tests were “necessary” but was not thoroughly with his assessments. In fact, he apologized for overlooking one of the issues. This made me feel like he was a money grabber. I ended up spending a lot of money and my cat came home feeling more sick prior to bringing him in. Dr. Hylands would emphasized on his 30 years of experience but prior to every single appointment, he would be googling the information, which made me question about his knowledge. I honestly trusted Dr. Hylands in the beginning because he seemed genuine but my opinion about him completely changed after 10 days and I had to switch vets immediately because my cat was feeling worse each day. When I expressed my concerns to Dr. Hylands on the phone and I was told by him that I did not have the right to talk because I do not have a medical background and that he is the expert. This left me feeling bullied. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the services that Dr. Hylands provided. Furthermore, I felt overwhelmed and was put through a lot of stress because I was terrified with my cat’s condition during that period of time. Please, do not take your furbabies here. Bring them somewhere they can receive the level of care that they deserve.

  Fantastic! I can't say enough about this clinic. I recently got my beloved kitty spayed there and there prices were reasonable and there were no "surprise" costs when I went to pick her up. They also called me the following day to ask that I bring my kitty in for a complimentary visit as she was still acting a little funny after all the sedation. The staff there are all trained and fantastic with animals and employ techniques aimed at reducing their fear as much as possible. I will definitely be taking my cats here from now on as I'm sick and tired of getting gouged by my previous vet.
