  I am really happy that I have stayed with State Farm agent Danny Franchino and Farrah, whom I have spoken with more often. Farah and Danny have always been very courteous and professional, and Minda too. I really appreaciate that. I have been with State Farm Insurance for almost 30 years. Way back, when my family started with State Farm, our agent was Dennis Hawman. When he retired, I had to move on to another agent, and was referred to Mr. Franchino. Anytime I had a question, Farrah was happy to help. She never makes me feel like I am bothering her, or that she's in a hurry. She is always patient and kind and helpful. Also, when I have had to send an email to Danny, he has also been patient, and he calls back. Really great service!!

  The 5 star ratings are fake and so many business use it to conceal the truth. I am a former customer of this location. Bad rates, poor customers service and below quality expectations. I switched to Allstate and couldn't be happier.
