  The retail space is typical for other Shoppers locations and the staff are helpful but the pharmacy is a miserable experience. The pharmacy staff are unresponsive in person and on the phone and difficult for physicians to interact with. I have had to move my prescriptions elsewhere even though this location is a five minute walk from my apartment. The final straw was starting my most recent medication six days late because the pharmacy staff insisted when i called in daily that they had not received communication from my doctor. After being told repeatedly that the prescription had never been ordered they finally bothered to check their answering machine and found that it had indeed been called in. Lazy and/or incompetent staff should not be in a high stakes position like controlling access to medication that is necessary for a person's quality of life.
