- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If there was a no star I would give them a no star! I always shop at high end cosmetics stores such as Sephora and MAC and I went to go get a regular day-to-day mascara and foundation from shoppers and the customer service was a horrifying nightmare! I have never been treated with such attitude before. The store lacks customer service in the Cosmetics Department. They are not knowledgeable on what they are selling and I believe the managers name was "MANI" she was also so rude! I would never go back to this branch again. I have never had such an experience. What a degrading behaviour! I ended up leaving my things there and not purchasing anything because how rude and they need to stop their eye-rolling when customers walk through the doors... we all see thatby un knownNovember 13, 2017
