- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Gurtu is amazing but I'm switching to a new Doctor because their reception is horrible! They place you on hold for long periods of time, then forget about you! When you finally get through- they show zero remorse for it! They have miss booked appointments that are important...when confronted about it..again...no apology! Particularly one receptionist - Nelly. I'm really sad to leave Dr. Gurtu but this happens too commonly and I simply can not take it anymore.
