- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Highly Unprofessional Owner. Had an interview for Account Executive position scheduled at 3:30 PM today. Arrived on time and was asked to sit and wait by the Admin. After 25 mins with no update and info on why it's getting late, I asked admin and was informed owner is taking another interview and should be available in next 2-3 mins. The interview was done and candidate left in 5 mins and another candidate who had it's interview scheduled at 4 PM also comes in. On knowing that I have been waiting for half an hour, that candidate decided to leave without interview and when I decided to leave too and informed admin, I was told owner is having lunch and should be available soon. It shows the level of professionalism in the company. There is no respect of anyone's time, not even the new candidates, who aspire to join the company.
