  I received treatment from Physiotherapy on Lakeshore for a completely torn ATFL a year ago, and I am currently being treated for a shoulder injury. Due to Stephanie and her team's excellent treatment, my ankle has completely recovered. I went from having difficulty walking to being able to run 10 km without an issue. I greatly appreciated the friendly and professional demeanor of Stephanie and her team. I highly recommend Physiotherapy on Lakeshore for any treatment that you may require.

  Having had successful therapy earlier this year to improve circulation and feeling in my left arm and hand, I turned again to these marvellous folks at Physiotherapy on Lakeshore to help me recover from a stiff and swollen knee. At first, I was limping into their well-appointed facility but, after four weeks of twice per week physiotherapy combined with acupuncture, I am finally walking in a normal gait, the swelling has greatly reduced and I can now climb stairs without using the handrail. I was also shown some very useful exercises that I am doing daily at home that help promote my range of motion. Stephanie and her very capable team are exactly that...they work well together, spelling each other off when treating multiple clients at a time in well-coordinated teamwork. Their positive attitudes and friendliness is apparent from the get-go, so you cannot possibly get down on yourself while you go through various phases of recovery. Never underestimate the power of positive thinking. These folks strongly promote it.

  I've been attending for massage therapy for a few years. I've now been for about 5 physio treatments and am very grateful for the attentive, professional and friendly service. Stephanie and team are AMAZING. I am getting progressively better in a very short time. I highly recommend the clinic for many reasons, mostly for the effective treatment, supportive and professionalism that I experience every visit.
