  Don't sign up with them. I was with this company for 7 years! Last month we had a car accident and we are going through hell with them! adjustors never pick up your calls, never answer your emails. They did not authorize the rental car and I ended up getting my credit card charged for $400.00!!! Today I tried to call them again to find out when my car will be ready they hang up on me after keeping me on hold for 35 minutes! I called again to another customer service rep. Still on hold for another 20 minutes!!! And this is the treatment you get after being their loyal customer for 7 years and paying them $260.00 monthly fees!!! Unbelievable!!!!

  I called this broker twice for quotes. The first time was a helpful and pleasant experience. The second was not very pleasant when it comes to customer service, and enough of a deterrent (along with higher rates) to take my business to another company. I felt like I was asking the world of them, when trying to get an accurate quote for motorcycle insurance. Sorry for asking, geesh.

  I've been with these guys for 15 years. They've always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accurate. The few times I've had to make a claim they've been prompt and fair. I don't even check around for rates anymore, because they've always been fairly priced.
