All the accounts that have posted good reviews are inactive and has only written a review for this place only. Please save your money. First regarding treatment, he is EXPENSIVE. When my parents went there, we thought it was just ($5000), however he doesn't even provide cleaning along with the braces. Other places are $500 to $1000 cheaper and provide cleaning! And with his rude attitude, not even worth it. Along with his rude attitude, this man will never tell you what he's doing. And god forbid you ask any questions because this guy is not going to answer you. He's going to force you to call your parents in, even for the slightest question. Which was annoying since my parent had to pay for parking to come in. And when my parents came in? I was insulted in front of his staff, and my own father. And what did I ask? If I was going to get elastics, because my friend did. He asked me "Is your friend an orthodontist? Do you think I'm not qualified?" Being a teenager and being confronted like that is sure to keep anyone's mouth shut during the entire treatment. Sure my teeth came out straight, but the entire time, he treats you like a burden. As I broke ONE bracket on my tooth for my entire treatment, and was talked down on for that as well.

  Dr. Bhalla is a very rude person. He is so mean and he even left the procedure undone when it came to the end. When we tried to talk to him about the undone procedure he tried to convince us the procedure was done using very inappropriate language. His tone of speaking was hurtful. My child was very offended, and so was I. We are very disappointed from how long the procedure was and how stressful it was. Overall, his speaking and tone of voice is hurtful and mean to not only his patients but with parents as well.

  Several years ago I had braces done by Dr. Bhalla. I have had exceptional results and my teeth are straighter than ever. This beautiful smile will last a lifetime and I am glad I made the decision to go with Dr. Bhalla. Besides being a great Orthodontist he is also a great human being. He has also motivated and guided my in my own career path. His staff was also exceptional and they really care about the patients that visit the office. I am absolutely thrilled with my results and will continue to recommend individuals going forward.
