- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unfortunately my experience with express scripts started positive, but it ended negatively. They had not cancelled auto renewal on the prescriptions that didn't need to be auto renewed (which has cost us about $150). Because they told us that we had to pay for them anyways because they had sent them to us, even if we returned them. After this we tried to cancel and have the prescriptions switched to another pharmacy. Which we had thought was completed as the second pharmacy had received the prescriptions. Although this happened we received a notification from express scripts that they are sending us another prescription, after we had transferred the prescriptions. Be wary of express scripts.
