- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Surprised at the negative reviews, but people usually only write when they are disappointed in a service. My wife had her BA done here almost 3 years ago and we are both incredibly happy with the results. The office is beautiful, the staff professional, and Dr. Lista, being the busy man that he is, always makes time for quick check ups and some small talk. Of course, results vary for each patient and Frank took the time to discuss realistic expectations and explained in detail the procedure and what he thought would give the most natural result.
