- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Jutlah is nice, but not as thorough as my new dentist. My new dentist keeps detailed notes on her computer including gum health. If getting scaling here, I advise you keep an eye on the clock. On my last visit here, I was charged 4 units (4x 15 minutes) for a 22 minute job. When I complained, the smile went off the receptionists face and I felt hostility that I never received for the many years I came here growing up. My charges were redacted twice that day. Dr Jutlah was absent that day, and he sent me an apology letter with a once again redacted bill with a partial refund rectifying my initial complaint. He's nice and friendly, but perhaps not the best, and his staff are not honest with scaling charges. Sufficit to say, I am not impressed with this establishment, and I'm glad I found a better one. I couldn't return after that incident even if I wanted, not after that shabby treatment.by Julien BrownFebruary 14, 2017
