Along with her staff, she is professional, informative and extremely gentle with her tools. I've been a patient of hers for many years and so have my family members and we have received nothing but amazing service over the years. Being as busy as she is, she still finds the time to personally write out Christmas Cards each year, which gives you that sense of personal attention that is hard to come by these days.
