  Let me told you my experience with this place. When I walked in to the front desk, I told the receptionist specifically what I treatment e.g regular cleaning that is all I need for my visit. The reception went inside the office to check with the dentist on duty who was Dr. Pooran Ghai DMD. I was given a price so I agree, but when I went inside Dr. Pooran Ghai DMD, did not check any residual plaque and calculus on all my teeth. Her justification was I need to pay more for her to check my teeth. If that is the case, she should had made it clear that she cannot clean my teeth properly without sufficient proper information about from my teeth . I consider this is a total rip off and scam!! That was it, it was last visit to this office, however the receptionist kept calling me a few times every six month to remind me to go back for the regular cleaning , I told her to stop calling me because I will never ever go back again after an unexpected surprised from Pooran Ghai.

  I went in for a referral for wisdom tooth extractions. My referral was forgotten about and I had to make a second appointment, months later, to speak to Dr. Ghai about it. For some reason, the clinic and Dr. Ghai decided they would charge me again for this, even though it was their fault for not setting up a referral appointment with a dental surgeon in the first place. When I went to see the dental surgeon after finally being referred, I had to pay out of pocket because Dr. Ghai had charged me twice. When I contacted her staff about this, they quickly accepted their fault and claimed they had a cheque ready for me to pick up. That was back in February. I have yet to receive my money back. They will not cooperate any longer. I have called several times and even gone again to see Dr. Ghai in person. Still haven't paid me back.
