- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst customer service you can ever expect . No one really care about customers. they talk to you nice when go to get insurance then when you need them they either switch your contact person n next person have no idea and don't want to deal with you. I got overcharged twice when complained they cancelled my policy and give me another one , for few months they charged me pro-rate for their mistake for cancelling my policy. I got charged from two insurance companies for same month and never received any refund for that month. There are other insurance companies around.
