  Great clinic! Receptionists and staff are friendly and professional. Walk-in service is very convenient and wait time is reasonable. My doctor is very thoughtful and caring towards her patients. I couldn't have asked for better!

  While I love my do doctor at the health centre not impressed with the front desk staff. While I have had quite a few "resistant" moments in past that only stopped after a reminder that the very doc. visits I requested were paid for through my health care dollars,today was a piece of cake when I was sent out to an appointment that I had cancelled back in May. Not only was I blamed for not picking up the letter of appointment on the previous day (when I was at the clinic and informed of the appt.), but they did not even have my file up to date to show that I had called in to cancel the appt. The icing on the cake was that I was sent to the wrong address. No apologies were offered but did get a questioned "Don't you remember?" Cute!!!
