  Becareful!!!!- I was looking for a new dentist in the area and tried them out. The staff is super friendly and the service is very good, except for the rookie hygienist assistant who was not gentle with my mouth. The first two visits they tried to charge me even thou i had benefit coverage. I took that as a redflag. On the first visit, the receptionist changed the code so i could get covered.(redflag #1) On the second visit, i asked the staff and doctor prior to service if i'm covered and i was assured i was covered. At the end of visit they tried to charge me again. Great staff to talk with, but not impressed with company trying to charge. Staff should be more deligent by checking with insurance company or don't tell clients they are fully covered then surprise them with a bill.

  I visited another dental clinic. They recommended some very odd tests. Something hinted my mind that I was being wrongly treated. Then I spoke to Bristol Dental clinic and booked a sitting. I was happy how they treated and prescribed. Thanks.

  Dr Thomas is the best. You all must go. I for the first time look fwd to my dental apts. She is very friendly and welcoming. Love the care she took specially when I was pregnant. Love her staff too. Debbie is my favorite.
