  Short Synapses: This place is a joke. The level of service is unheard of. I never heard of a receptionist pull off a practitioner in a middle of appointment. This was very unsettling. I was very unhappy with the service that "A Apple Sandalwood dental" receptionist provided. When it was time to pay, she did NOT notify me of the price change, and instead of acknowledging that there may have been a mistake on the administrative side, she told me to speak to the management I was very unhappy with the service that "A Apple Sandalwood dental" receptionist provided. When I first came in to the dental office, this particular receptionist, all she cared was if I had a health insurance, and was only interested in signing me in for an appointment. Her attitude changed when she was aware that I was not a student, and was interested in signing up for the dental care. When I went in for the second appointment, there was no one in front, I asked if I can start a bit early, she said that there is an appointment booked at that time, so I cannot start. I came on time, to my appointment, and in the middle of the the appointment/cleaning process, she pulls the dentist out because another client came in late, and required the doctor's service. She walked in numerous times after, which was really distracting and unsettling through the whole process. When it was time to pay, she did NOT notify me of the price change, and instead of acknowledging that there may have been a mistake on the administrative side, she told me to call the management to speak to them for not letting me know. She did not tell me when the next appointment will be, and was not customer friendly at all. She has ruined my day completely.
