  After playing sports for many years, it's been hard to find educated medical staff that under stand the bodies movement from an athletes view. Thanks to this amazing staff at Apex Mississauga, and Dr Manny for educating me on the importance and the true meaning behind Chiropractic wellness. My spine goes through vigorous movements on regular basis. After documenting what I go through on weekly to almost monthly basis and giving Dr Manny an insight on my day-to-day life, he was able to help me understand the difference between massage therapist (by the way Tim is amazing) and where the actual starting point for medical issues I was developing. BUT Tim on the other hand, has a natural talent and skill for what he does! (See you this week) Would highly suggest anyone who really is in search of performing at 100% day in-day-out, Speak to the amazing team at Apex Mississauga!

  Apex is a great facility for both preventing injuries as well as taking care of them. Apex has a very friendly and focus staff that is dedicated on treating you not only for the present but for the future. They took great care of me and I am currently still an active member with apex to prevent future injuries and keep my body functioning at top performance. Truly a place I would recommend to anyone who is seeking to have their body running at full potential.
