  We are a paramedic-based First Aid and CPR company in the GTA. Over the past 5 years we have been certifying (annually) the staff at Altima Erin Mills in CPR and Medical Emergencies. This is a determined and educated dental group who put patient safety first. They continually go above and beyond what is outlined by the provincial governing body (RCDSO) to ensure they are up-to-date with their medical emergency protocols. Patients are in good hands with this dental team.

  We were asking why a routine checkup for a 6 years old should need 4 xrays . Why should a little child get such an xray dose with no symptoms , and both the dentist and the assistant were very aggressive and arrogant never go there again.

  Awesome PLUS. If I could give them six stars I would. I can't give this a higher recommendation. Irene is off the hook great, as are the rest of staff there from front desk all the way to the Dentists and everyone in between. They are accommodating when I need to change an appointment. Their pricing is more than reasonable. They bill insurance so I never pay out of pocket. They even work to find the most cost effective options. They give great appointment reminders so I never forget or miss an appointment. If I could give them any suggestion to improve it would be keeping hygienists longer. Each hygienist I have had, and currently have, are all very very good and gentle and careful with my mouth, however they do change relatively often. On balance I rate Altima Dental Erin Mills out of a maximum of five stars I give them six stars!

  AWFUL- The worst customer service ever, and I mean EVER! There are two receptionists over there Kim ( the rudest person that I have ever came across, extremely unprofessional, one of the many factors that should be replaced if this place was to expect better ratings, as I have read so many complaints about their customer service on Google -sadly I was not aware of these reviews till after I had visited and found that out for myself- Megan is another receptionist who works there, very rude aswell. Low level of hygiene, the reception areas are cleaner than the dental procedure rooms so do not decide to undergo any procedure till after you walk in (behind the reception) and check the cleanliness. My experience with Dentist Riazi was horrible, never felt this uncomfortable with a dentist before. In addition to all this frustration, they are over-priced for no reason whatsoever and by overpriced I mean that you could easily go get your treatments at another clinic that beats their service in every aspect. I could go on and on but I don't have to given that I am not the only person on this platform who has rated them with a single star. Choosing a clinic without reading and considering the reviews (the negative before the positive) is a big mistake that I will never repeat.
